Day 1: Welcome to Japan – Arrival in Tokyo

Upon arrival at Narita International Airport, meet your English-speaking assistant and transfer to your hotel. Airport transfers are arranged for arrivals between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Later, enjoy a delicious Indian dinner before checking in to your hotel. Spend the evening relaxing after your international journey and prepare for an unforgettable Cherry Blossom adventure.

Day 2: Discover the Best of Tokyo

After breakfast, begin exploring Japan's vibrant capital. Visit the iconic Tokyo Skytree for spectacular panoramic views before discovering the historic Asakusa district, home to the famous Sensoji Temple, Kaminarimon Gate, and Nakamise Shopping Street. After lunch, enjoy a peaceful stroll through one of Tokyo's beautiful parks during the Cherry Blossom season. End your sightseeing with a visit to the world-famous Shibuya Scramble Crossing, one of the busiest intersections in the world.

Day 3: TeamLab Planets & Mt. Fuji Region

After breakfast, visit the immersive teamLab Planets Digital Art Museum, where stunning digital installations create a unique interactive experience. Drive past the famous Rainbow Bridge and Tokyo's Statue of Liberty before stopping at the picturesque Hie Shrine. After lunch, continue towards the beautiful Mt. Fuji region. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy dinner while surrounded by Japan's breathtaking natural scenery.

Day 4: Hakone Ropeway & Lake Ashi Cruise

After lunch, board the iconic Lake Ashi Pirate Cruise and sail across one of Japan's most beautiful lakes before continuing to Nagoya for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Nagoya Castle & Nabana no Sato

Today, explore the city of Nagoya beginning with a visit to either the renowned Toyota Automobile Museum. Continue to the historic Nagoya Castle, one of Japan's finest castles and a symbol of the city's rich heritage. In the evening, experience the magical floral displays and seasonal illuminations at Nabana no Sato, one of Japan's most beautiful botanical parks.

Day 6: Osaka Highlights & Kobe

Nagoya → Osaka → Kobe

After breakfast, travel to the energetic city of Osaka. Following lunch, guests may choose to attend an Optional Traditional Sumo Show for an authentic cultural experience. Later, enjoy free time at the bustling Shinsaibashi Shopping Street, famous for fashion, souvenirs, and local cuisine. Continue to Kobe, where you'll check into your hotel before dinner.

Day 7: Kyoto Cultural Experience

Travel to Kyoto, Japan's cultural heart. Begin with a traditional Japanese Tea Ceremony, followed by a visit to the UNESCO-listed Daigoji Temple. After lunch, continue to the magnificent Kinkakuji (Golden Pavilion) before strolling through the peaceful Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and the charming Togetsukyo Bridge. Return to Kobe for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8: Bullet Train to Hiroshima & Miyajima

Visit the Atomic Bomb Dome, Peace Memorial Park, and Peace Memorial Museum, reflecting on the city's inspiring history. After lunch, take a ferry to Miyajima Island to visit the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Itsukushima Shrine and its iconic floating torii gate. Return to Kobe by Bullet Train for your final evening in Japan.

Do I need a Japan visa to join this tour?

U.S. passport holders do not need a visa for Japan for stays up to 90 days. Indian passport holders with a valid U.S. visa may qualify for a simplified process. Contact us and we will guide you based on your specific situation.

Are the meals vegetarian?

Yes. All Indian meals on this tour are vegetarian-friendly. Breakfast is at the hotel daily. Lunches and dinners are freshly prepared Indian meals throughout the 8 days.

What is not included in the tour price?

International flights, Japan visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, and gratuities are not included. Everything else, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, meals, bullet train, and tour manager, is covered.

How many people are on this tour?

We run two coaches of 30 to 42 passengers each. Groups are kept to a comfortable size so sightseeing does not feel rushed.

When is the best time to book?

As soon as possible. Cherry blossom season is the most popular time to visit Japan and our allocation fills quickly. We recommend securing your seat at least 4 months before departure.

What is the cancellation policy?

50 or more days before departure: 30% charge. 21 to 49 days: 50% charge. 20 days or less: 100% non-refundable. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
