About This Tour
Seven days across the American West, from the lights of Las Vegas to the hills of San Francisco. You arrive in Las Vegas with a helicopter ride over the Strip and an evening limo tour, with an optional day trip to the Grand Canyon West Rim.
Next you drive to Los Angeles and the Walk of Fame, spend a day at Universal Studios and continue through Yosemite National Park to San Francisco. The trip closes with a city tour, the Golden Gate Bridge and a bay cruise. Daily breakfast, entrance tickets and coach travel are included.
Western Wonders covers Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Yosemite and San Francisco in seven days, so it fits travelers who want the big names of the American West on one trip. The pace is brisk, with two drives of about three and a half hours each, but every city gets at least one full day.
Las Vegas comes first, with two nights on the Strip. On the arrival evening you fly over the lights of the Strip and Downtown by helicopter. The second day is free, so you can rest or book the optional Grand Canyon West Rim or Hoover Dam tour, and that evening a limo tour stops at the Las Vegas sign, the Bellagio fountains and Fremont Street.
The drive to Los Angeles ends with a guided orientation tour past the Walk of Fame, the Dolby Theatre, Sunset Strip and Rodeo Drive, with a view of the Hollywood Sign. Universal Studios gets a full day with the Studio Tram Tour and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, then you drive on to Fresno. From there it is Yosemite National Park, with Tunnel View looking out to Bridalveil Fall, El Capitan and Half Dome, before the drive to San Francisco.
The last full day starts with a bay cruise past the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the Bay Bridge, then a guided tour of Fisherman's Wharf, Union Square and Twin Peaks. A tour manager travels with the group throughout, travel is by private coach, and Indian dinners are planned on most evenings, with Indian vegetarian, Jain and Swaminarayan meals available alongside local cuisine.

Day by day
Day 1: Arrive Las Vegas Helicopter ride in Vegas
Las Vegas. An internationally renowned major resort city, known primarily for its gambling, shopping, fine dining, entertainment, and nightlife which are located in the very famous “STRIP”
On arrival in Las Vegas, get transferred to the Hotel located centrally on the Strip.
Proceed for Dinner at Indian Restaurant.
Later for your Helicopter tour over the strip, This Helicopter tour features the lights and sights of the world-renowned Las Vegas Strip and Downtown from the comfort of your seat in the sky.

Day 2: Optional - Grand Canyon West Rim Tour - Evening Limo tour in Vegas
After Your breakfast at the hotel, the Day is free at leisure. If you choose the Optional tour, you would proceed to the pick up point for your tour on your own based on the timings booked.
Later In the evening - Early Dinner at Indian Restaurant
After your dinner you will explore the very Famous Strip Tour in a Limo coach. The Las Vegas Strip is a spectacle unlike any other in the world and is worth experiencing fully. Instead of driving past the major sights, our private 3.5 hour Las Vegas Strip Excursion actually stops so that you can get out and watch the outdoor shows and explore. While sipping on your complimentary bottle of Champagne, you will make stops at The Las Vegas Sign, Fountains of Bellagio, Mirage Volcano Explosion, and the Fremont Street Experience.

Day 3: Enroute to Los Angeles
After your breakfast at the hotel, Check out and Proceed for your Drive to Los Angeles, Hollywood City. Upon Arrival proceed for Lunch, Later, meet your Tour guide for an Orientation tour of Los Angeles.
On this tour see or Photostop by the TCL theater, the Dolby Theater Hollywood walk of Fame, Sunset Strip, the Rodeo Drive and much More, also take the best pictures with the view of the famous Hollywood Sign.
Overnight in Los Angeles.

Day 4: Universal Studios - Fresno
After Breakfast at the hotel,l Proceed for a full day Adventure at Universal Studios - the workplace of Hollywood’s biggest and most glamorous stars. Go on the legendary Studio Tram Tour. Enjoy rides like Transformers 3D, Jurassic Park, Revenge of the Mummy and many more. Experience the ‘Wizarding World of Harry Potter’.
Later proceed to Santa Monica Beach for a leisure stroll of the famous Santa Monica Beach, an iconic Example of Southern California. (based on Time Constraints, only possible if we leave universal studios at 03.00 PM).
Later leave by 05.00 PM and proceed to Drive to Fresno. (3.5 hours drive).
Upon Arrival proceed for Dinner at Indian Restaurant. Get Transferred to the hotel. Check in and unwind.

Day 5: Yosemite National Park - San Francisco
After Breakfast at your hotel, proceed to drive to the Yosemite National Park: Yosemite National Park is in California’s Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s famed for its giant, ancient sequoia trees, and for Tunnel View, the iconic vista of towering Bridalveil Fall and the granite cliffs of El Capitan and Half Dome.
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty and learn about the history, wildlife, and geology's most famous sights.
Later proceed your drive to San Francisco.. About 3.5 hours drive from Yosemite National Park

Is the Grand Canyon included on this Western USA tour?
No, the Grand Canyon West Rim is an optional tour on your free day in Las Vegas. You can choose a bus tour with the Skywalk, with or without a walking guide, or a Hoover Dam express bus tour. Optional tours leave from a common pickup point that you reach on your own.
Can you visit Yosemite National Park on this tour in winter?
Yosemite is a seasonal stop on this tour and may be closed in winter, so check this when you pick your dates. When it is open, you see Tunnel View with Bridalveil Fall, El Capitan and Half Dome before driving about three and a half hours to San Francisco.
What is included at Universal Studios Hollywood on this tour?
A full day at Universal Studios is included, with the Studio Tram Tour, the rides and the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. A stroll at Santa Monica Beach is added only if the group leaves the park by 3 pm, and the coach leaves by 5 pm for the drive to Fresno.

Need to know
- Meals on arrival and departure days depend on flight times. If your flight lands early in the morning or leaves late in the evening, Akshar Travels will arrange the meals for that day
- If a sight is closed on the day it is scheduled, we will replace it with a comparable sight on the same tour
- Hotel check-in is usually 3:00 pm and check-out is usually 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge
- Baggage on domestic and internal flights follows the airline's own policy and weight limits, which are often lower than on your international flight. Please pack to the lowest allowance on your tour. Excess baggage fees are charged by the airline and paid by the guest
