Day 1: ARRIVAL IN BOZEMAN, MT
- Airport Pick-Up Information –
- Bozeman, Montana – Your gateway to an unforgettable National Parks adventure, arriving at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN).

Meals: Breakfast and dinner
Day 2: WEST YELLOSTONE, MT – Yellowstone National Park West
Morning:
- Breakfast at your accommodation in Island Park or West Yellowstone.
- Enter Yellowstone National Park via the West Entrance.
- A local guide will be provided to lead the tour and show the main points of the park.
- Visit Old Faithful.
Midday:
- Stop at Grand Prismatic Spring.
- Explore the Excelsior Geyser Basin.
- Lunch on your own inside the park — guide will assist in selecting a suitable lunch location.
Afternoon:
- Visit Fountain Paint Pots.
- Return to accommodation for dinner (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED)
- and an overnight stay

Day 3: WEST YELLOWSTONE, MT- NORTHERN YELLOWSTONE & GRAND CANYON AREA

- Visit Mammoth Hot Springs.
Midday:
- Explore the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone and Lower Falls.
- Wildlife viewing opportunities.
- Lunch on your own inside the park — guide will assist in selecting a suitable lunch location.
Afternoon:
- Visit Tower Falls.
- Return to accommodation for dinner
- and overnight stay.

Day 4: SALT LAKE CITY, UT - GUIDED CITY TOUR
- Check out your hotel in West Yellowstone and proceed to Salt Lake City.
- Enjoy the scenic 5 to 5.5-hour drive approx. through beautiful landscapes.
- Lunch on your own during the drive.
- Afternoon:
- Arrive in Salt Lake City for a 3-hour guided city tour, exploring key landmarks and attractions.
- Evening:
- Enjoy a delicious Indian dinner at a restaurant. (NO BEVERAGES ARE INCLUDED)
- Check into your hotel for an overnight stay.
Hotel: Hotel SpringHill Suites Salt Lake City West Valley or Similar
Meals: Breakfast and dinner
Day 5: SALT LAKE CITY → BRYCE CANYON NATIONAL PARK → CEDAR CITY
Morning:
- Breakfast at the hotel and check out
- Check out your hotel in Salt Lake City
- Depart for Bryce Canyon National Park (approx. 4.5–5 hours’ drive).
- Meet your local guide at the park for a scenic tour.
Midday:
- Visit famous viewpoints such as:
- Sunrise Point
- Inspiration Point
- Bryce Point
- Optional short hike: Navajo Loop or Queen’s Garden Trail.
- Lunch on your own — guide will help recommend dining in or near the park.
Afternoon:
- Enjoy final stops or time at the Bryce Visitor Center.
- Later drive to Cedar City (approx. 1.45 hrs. drive)
Evening:

Day 6: CEDAR CITY→ ZION NATIONAL PARK → CEDAR CITY
Morning:

- Depart for Zion National Park (35 min drive approx.)
- Arrive at the park and meet your local guide for a full day tour of Zion’s key highlights.
Midday – Afternoon:
- Visit iconic sites such as:
- Zion Canyon Scenic Drive (shuttle access)
- Riverside walk
- Big Bend Viewpoint
- Weeping Rock or Lower Emerald Pool (as per trail conditions)

Need to know
- Meals on arrival and departure days depend on flight times. If your flight lands early in the morning or leaves late in the evening, Akshar Travels will arrange the meals for that day
- If a sight is closed on the day it is scheduled, we will replace it with a comparable sight on the same tour
- Hotel check-in is usually 3:00 pm and check-out is usually 12:00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge
- Baggage on domestic and internal flights follows the airline's own policy and weight limits, which are often lower than on your international flight. Please pack to the lowest allowance on your tour. Excess baggage fees are charged by the airline and paid by the guest

- Akshar Travels is not equipped to provide specialized assistance for guests with mobility or other special needs and cannot guarantee wheelchair-accessible facilities or vehicles. Guests requiring such assistance must travel with a companion who can provide support.
- Personal Belongings
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables, travel documents, and personal belongings. Akshar Travels is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
- Property Damage
- Guests are liable for any damage they cause to hotels, coaches, venues, or other property while on tour.
- No-Show
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- Inclusions & Incidentals
- Unless otherwise stated, packages include a hotel room, applicable taxes, and breakfast (if indicated). All incidentals (e.g., room service, minibar, laundry, and any damage charges) are the guest’s responsibility and may be charged to the credit card on file.
- Itinerary Changes & Operational Disruptions
- For safety or operational reasons—including weather and traffic—the tour leader may modify the itinerary at their discretion. In the event of a breakdown or interruption beyond Akshar Travels control, reasonable efforts will be made to resolve the issue; no monetary compensation will be provided.
- Optional Excursions
- Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase optional tours through Akshar Travels. Activities booked independently are outside our scope of service; Akshar Travels assumes no responsibility and cannot provide assistance related to third-party arrangements.
- Coach Breakdowns
- If a coach breakdown occurs, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as reasonably possible. No monetary compensation will be offered.
- Hotel Substitutions (Force Majeure)
- While listed hotels are confirmed, circumstances beyond our control (including acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or transportation disruptions) may require substitution with a hotel of similar standard. No monetary compensation will be offered.
- Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akshar Travels will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

- 50 days or more before departure: 30%
- 21 to 49 days before departure: 50%
- 20 days or less before departure: 100%
